Top map regions won't allow for adding notes

Hello, and thank you for this great game I believe, I came across a bug in the game map. I already posted some information about this on Steam, but here are two screenshots explaining the problem in detail. The areas above the red lines are inaccessible for putting notes. I get a file too large warning when I try to upload two 250-300kb pictures, so I'm adding links to my website here.

Thanks for the feedback on the issue. You should be able to add notes in the section above the red line.
Can you give us your in-game resolution and screen resolution?

That issue doesn't happen on our side, It is probably specific to your setup (resolution)

Hi Elora,

My in game and screen resolutions are both 1920x1080. I thought this could be a resolution issue as well (seen such a problem with another game).
